Students Enrolled at Eastern Iowa Community Colleges - Clinton, Muscatine & Scott

You will use EICConnect to access your online course(s).

To access EICConnect and the online portion of your course go to: https://eicc.edu/eicconnect

If you do not know your EICC username and have your student ID number, click on the “What is my username?” link to retrieve it. If you do not know your EICC username or your student ID number, please contact the EICC Help Desk at helpdesk@eicc.edu or (563) 336-3456.

If you know your EICC username click on the “Change or Reset Password” link on the logon page of EICConnect and provide the requested information. Then log into your alternate email account to retrieve the reset link and reset the password to what you want to use. Note that the link for resetting your password will expire one hour after it has been requested.

Once logged into EICConnect click on the “Classroom & Online” link on the left side of the homepage to access your online courses.

Students Enrolled at Iowa Lakes Community College

You will go to your My Iowa Lakes portal to access the link to Canvas for your online courses. Your My Iowa Lakes page can be found here: https://iowalakes.edu/my-iowa-lakes/students/

Students Enrolled at Northwest Iowa Community College

You will go to My Place, https://myplace.nwicc.edu/, to access your online courses. Login information can be found at https://nwicc.edu/how-login-my-place/.

Students Enrolled at Southeastern Community College

You will log into the Canvas LMS through the Southeastern Community College HawkNet portal at https://hawknet.scciowa.edu/ using your student email address.

Students Enrolled at Southwestern Community College

SWCC students will use the ICCOC portal at https://iowacconline.instructure.com to access online courses.

Students Enrolled at Western Iowa Tech

WIT students will go to www.witcc.edu and click on MYWIT. After logging into MyWIT, students will select the Canvas card. For assistance with the MyWit portal, please contact the WIT help desk, https://www.witcc.edu/faculty-staff/it-help-desk/

WIT students who are enrolled in non-credit courses and will be accessing the Canvas-direct website at www.myiccoc.com, send an email request to Lynn Konz in the WITCC Distance Learning office at lynn.konz@witcc.edu.

If it is during regular business hours (M – F 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) your password will be reset right away and you will be notified. If after regular hours, there may be a slight delay.
