Fall 2024 Online Course Set-Up, Weekly Calendars, Attendance Verification, and Grading Due Date Information
Welcome to the Fall 2024 Semester!
Here are a few items that will help you prepare your course and students for a successful term (16 Week & 1st 8 Week Online Courses):
- Please have your course set up and published one week before the course begins (Tuesday, August 20, 2024)
- 16 Week and 1st 8 Week Online & Campus classes begin Tuesday, August 27, 2024
- Attendance Verification is due by 11:59 pm on Friday, Sept. 6, 2024 for Campus and Online classes
- All online assignments should have due dates set up before Day 1 of the course
- Attendance Verification for online courses is based upon a student completing a graded assignment - not by them simply accessing the course
- If you would like to review your course CDM (Course Development Model) to make sure you are covering all content areas, please follow the instructions in the attached document “Find your CDM”.
The determination of whether a course will ultimately run is based upon enrollment.
