How do I log into Canvas?

You will access your Canvas courses through the Eastern Iowa Community Colleges portal called EICConnect Links to an external site.. You can access EICConnect from our public website www.eicc.edu Links to an external site.. The login tab is located on the far right hand side of the top menu.

To login to EICConnect you will need your personal @live.eicc.edu e-mail address. Your @live.eicc.edu e-mail account is considered your primary e-mail address for EICC communication and contact.

Once you login to EICConnect an "Important Links" tile will be located on the left hand side of the EICConnect landing page. They will either take you to Canvas or your EICC e-mail communication. You can arrange other cards in the order you prefer on this page. You can use the "Discover More" tile to search for additional tiles and resources.

If you experience any issues with EICConnect or your Live Email Account please contact the EICC Help Desk (563)336-3456 or via email at helpdesk@eicc.edu . They are available via phone Monday – Thursday, 7 am – 6 pm and Friday, 7 am – 4:30 pm. On the weekends they are available via email.
