Print off the procedure steps, cut them into strips, spread out the steps in random order on a table, and ask students to arrange them in the correct order.
Print off the procedure steps, cut them into strips, spread all steps but one (or two) on a table, ask students to arrange them in order, and identify what the missing step(s) are.
Print off the procedure steps, cut them into strips, spread out the steps in the incorrect order, and ask students to correct the order.
Print off multiple copies of the procedure steps, cut them into strips, spread out the steps, and have students play go fish with the steps (where students need to have all the steps in their hand, in the correct order, to win).
Have students demonstrate the procedure with classroom materials.
