Then explore the website, My Plate.gov. Be sure to look under the "Eat Healthy" tab to explore each of the food groups for portion sizes and serving suggestions. If you're not sure where to start, click on Eat Healthy > Fruits, then scroll down to the Daily Fruit Table and Cup of Fruit Table which offer recommended portion sizes for different age groups and recommended fruits.

Create one meal using the information found on the My Plate.gov website.
